Returns
Damages: Kindly inform us within the initial 2 days of delivery if the received product is found to be defective or damaged, and we will promptly arrange for the replacement of the affected item.
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer. While we are available to facilitate the return process, please note that a collection charge will be incurred. The specific cost will be determined based on the weight and dimensions, especially in cases of larger or unusually shaped items.
Exchanges
There will be an additional cost associated with any products to be exchanged, except in cases where the product is deemed defective or damaged, in which instance we will cover the associated costs.

Solutions can arrange for any products to be picked up from customers, any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable. Customers also have the option to ship products back to Solutions after receiving an authorization using their preferred courier, however, charges must be PREPAID, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
